Exchanges and Refunds

*Please be aware that the following exchange and refund policy strictly applies to www.burnhamhats.co.uk online purchases only.*

We aim to supply only the highest quality hats and caps and we hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you wish to return or exchange goods for any reason please follow the procedure below, you have 21 days to do this.

All returned items must be unused and in a fully resalable conditions with any tickets still attached. Please note, all ladies wedding hats, discs and fascinators the swing ticket must be still be attached or we will not accept the item back.

If you are returning your hat or cap back for an exchange please be aware we cannot guarantee your requested replacement will be in stock, where possible we will try to order the requested size but if this is not possible you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange an alternative or a refund.

Please return your hat or cap using a service offering a recorded option, this is for your own protection. Your are responsible for the cost of returning your item. We will endeavour to despatch your exchanged item as swiftly as possible, we aim to do so within one working day. It will be sent out free of charge and you can expect to receive it with 5 working days unless your are notified otherwise.

If your item is faulty please contact us via phone or email to arrange the replacement and return.

You will be sent with your order an exchange and refunds slip, this explains the procedure of how to return your goods. Please be sure to fill the form in and clearly indicate your name and order number, failure to do so may create a lengthy delay in exchanging or refunding your order.
